What is a bundle?
A bundle is just another name for a box that will contain all your specialty golf items. We use the answers from your profile questionnaire to hand-select specific, exclusive items that we know you’ll love and use.
What are the different types of bundles?
There are only 2 types of bundle; A) The Primary Birdie Bundle and B) The Premium Birdie Bundle. The Primary Birdie Bundle consists of an assortment of the consumable, everyday necessities like tees, balls, gloves, and attire, and at least one nice apparel item. The Premium Birdie Bundle contains some of those same items in addition to exclusive merchandise from top golf destinations and resorts across the nation, and a extra apparel item or wearable. We capture the culture of the game and bring those resorts to you.
What is the value of a bundle?
The value of the Primary Birdie Bundle could be upwards to over $100, but never less than $80. The value of the Premium Birdie Bundle will never be less than $200.
Can I pick what's inside a bundle?
By filling out the specific profile questionnaire, we have ability to customize your bundle to your exact specifications and preferences. So essentially, you are getting items you will love. However, it is also still yet a surprise. This is the fun part of doing a subscription box. We also have a customer feedback message system which will work like your own “account suggestion box”.
Will I ever get the same bundle twice?
1) We always keep track of what we send you. Your bundles will never be identically duplicated. However, if there are certain items you want in your bundle every month, such as a certain sleeve of balls, or name-brand golf polo, we can make that happen for you.
When do I get charged for the bundle?
We will draft accounts twice a month and ship bundles twice a month. Depending on what time of the month you sign up for Birdie Bundle, you will be placed in one of those 2 groups.
Can I pick the resort of my bundle?
Picking the resort ruins the surprise! We promise only to work with the best golf destinations in the nation and across the globe. We will help build your golf attire collection larger than anyone of your golf friends!
Can I opt out of certain resorts?
This may be an option in the future. We hope to avoid any situation where this would be requested. We won’t send you the same resort merchandise twice (unless requested).
Can I get only resort merchandise?
Yes! We do have on option that lets you receive a bundle once every 3 months. These will specifically be the exclusive resort bundles. This package option will cost more per bundle, but will be the same price if billed monthly.
When do the resort bundles get shipped out?
This will differ from person-to-person. Resort bundles will ship out on the 3rd month for most subscribers.

When does my bundle ship?
1) Your FIRST bundle will ship within 7-10 business days from your order date! After your first bundle, you will be placed into one of two shipping groups. People that subscribe between the 1st and 15th of the month will have their bundle shipped within 5-10 days from the 1st of each month, while people who subscribe between the 16th and end of the month will have their bundle shipped within 5-10 days from the 15th of the following month! Every bundle there on out will get shipped exactly 1 month later.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs will be a mere $4.95 on top of your order in the USA
Can you guarantee delivery dates?
1) Unfortunately we cannot yet confirm a guarantee on shipping. This may be something we can accomplish in the future.
Can I return my bundle?
What's your return policy?
1) Return/exchange inquiries and return labels will need to be requested within 15 days from bundle receipt.
Can I cancel my subscription?
1) You can always upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription. Downgrades and cancellations will have an associated price and/or fluctuations.
How long does it take to process a return?
1) A typical return will take about 2-5 days, with up to a 1 week reimbursement process.
What if I receive broken or damaged merchandise?
1) Broken or damaged items can be replaced at no cost. We will provide a return label for you to ship back the damaged merchandise before we can send out a replacement.
